Good convention locations in the Southeast US?

My company is planning our annual customer convention for this fall, and we want to do it in the Southeast this year. We've never done a convention in that region, so I'm looking for venue recommendations. We have about 40 customers + 10 staff. Some customers are coming from Europe, so we need to be close to an international airport (preferably 45min drive). Other than that, our requirements are pretty basic. We want a nice hotel but not too expensive. We do our own AV, so that's not a concern. We have a very full agenda, so we don't need a lot of tourist activities in the surrounding area. We do need at least a few good food options for dinners out. Any recommendations? Thanks! Josh
