Interview Creation Tool

I just used this tool and was absolutely amazed.  What a great asset for managers.  In less than five minutes I had a great set of interview questions, behaviors to look for and behaviors to watch out for.

Thanks for a great tool.  I'm sure others will be saying the same for quite a while.
