Hotwash by email

Mark and Mike, My first post..... Can't tell you how much I enjoy your podcasts. You're pretty much the only thing on my MP3 these days!!. I'd like to particularly thank you for the tip in the Hotwash Members Only Podcast - the one where you ask for feedback with the question "what's worth looking at?" rather than "what didn't work?" I tried it with individual emails to every member of a large multi-disciplinary project team and have been amazed at the quality and quantity of the feedback. I think people genuinely appreciate the opportunity to give feedback without being seen to be overly critical of what was a very successful project. So, thanks.
