Department of Defense/ Department of the Navy employees (miliatary) has a non-profit way of thinking.
How effective is Manager Tools with this type of thinking? Compared to Commerical companies?

Given that Mark and Mike are West Point graduates and they have never given any warnings not to use their techniques in a DoD or Military setting, I am going with it is ok to use the MT principles. Management and the need for relationships crosses all the boundaries.
