Hello from Australia - Mirco Hering - Accenture

Hi all,

one of the things i want to try in the new year is to be more active in the forums to get even more out of manager tools. I have been listening for a while and thought it is time to contribute.

Here are a few facts about myself:

- Manager at Accenture Australia (Consulting)
- 8 years experience in the IT industry (was working for IBM before Accenture)
- manage teams of 5-20 people at the moment
- Methodology Expert (RUP, Agile/SCRUM, Accenture methodologies,...)
- am listening to manager tools for about 2 years now
- actively using O3 and feedback, but still have heaps to learn and improve

Anyway, my plan is to contribute at least once a month in the beginning, so if you dont see me posting feel free to remind me of my promise ;-)
