A lot of people who (quite understandably) think of iTunes as "the program that connects me to the iTunes store" have trouble with this. But iTunes is also accepts content via RSS feed. What you need to do is open iTunes, click on the Advanced menu, then Subscribe to Podcast... , and then paste in
ALL the Career Tools casts are in the standard feed, so no need to do anything else at this point.
I will note however that the feed is getting quite large and at some point we'll have to break historical casts into a separate feed. But for now, you're good.
