Just read the April 10 newsletter... how sad that there are actually books recommending unethical tactics!
I've started reading 40 Days to the Work You Love by Dan Miller... it SOUNDS like it would be airy-fairy, but actually he's got practical steps and absolutely does NOT advocate unethical behavior of any sort, as far as I can tell.
