One of the first MT podcasts I listened to gave a list of questions to ask your boss in the interest of deriving useful feedback about areas where you need to develop. Having done some searching here, I'm not sure that the titles I've found contain what I'm looking for. I've got a new supervisor, so I'm hoping I can exploit the opportunity to ask them those questions.
