I have heard several times that some jobs on job boards have been referred to as Template jobs (a.k.a fake/bogus) to encourage people to register their CVs.
Can anyone hazard a guess as to what proportion of jobs on major job boards are fake or are they considered very insignificant?
There is one staffing agency
There is one staffing agency that keeps advertising the job that I took a year ago. They are no longer allowed to submit candidates for any open positions, but they keep advertising this one job. Our theory is that the posting drew good candidates, so they want to keep trying to harvest the resumes.

Thank you for getting in touch. I applied for a dba job and was told the advert was old and should have been removed. Not professional but I think they just took advantage of the opportunity to trawl a few more applicants.
